|Why can’t I login?||
If you are having issues logging in please double check you have the correct reference number. This number can be found in your invitation email and contains one letter and 5 numbers (e.g. A00000). If you are still having problems, double check that you have entered your gender and birth date correctly.

|I’ve lost my reference number, what should I do?||
If you have lost your reference number you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend you your reference details. Alternatively, you can call us on 0131 651 8740.
|Do I have to answer all the questions?||
Our research is more valuable with the questions completed to the best of your knowledge. However, if for any reason you feel uncomfortable or unable to answer a question you can leave it blank.
|I made a mistake in the questionnaire, what should I do?||
If you made a mistake before you submission, you can alter the question before you submit it. If you made the mistake after submission, you can contact us at email@example.com. Alternatively you can call us on 0131 651 8740.

Our research has been reviewed by an independent group of people, called a Research Ethics Committee. They’re here to protect your safety, rights, wellbeing and dignity. This project was reviewed and given a favourable opinion by the NHS East of Scotland Research Ethics Service.
